Aaron Caparas is the Partner for Special Projects at Padin Law. He finished his Master's in International Business Law at the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems Austria with a specialization in cross-border regulatory compliance and licensing. He also took his Executive Education Program at Cambridge Judge Business School alongside a diverse cohort of 25 global professionals.

In the Philippines, Aaron graduated with a Political Science degree majoring in International Relations and Foreign Service, and he earned his Juris Doctor of Laws with a Minor in International Law Practice from the University of San Carlos.

He formerly served as Legal Counsel and Advisor to two publicly traded FinTech companies listed on the United States OTC Markets Group with operations across North America and Europe.

He is also a Certified Compliance Officer trained by the Center for Global Best Practices and the former Head of Legal at a construction solutions company engaged in the supply and delivery of aggregates for major reclamation and infrastructure projects in the country. Prior to his legal practice, he was connected in the public sector for five years, working with the City Government of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency
